Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how AUPM websites, AUPM SRL, and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "AUPM," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information of potential or existing AUPM customers ("you" or "your") when you use our Platform (as defined below) or communicate and interact with AUPM, including with our customer service team.
This Policy applies to all AUPM websites linked to this Policy, including www.aupm.uk, www.aupm.nl, www.aupm.de, www.aupm.be, www.aupm.fr, www.veggizoo.com(the "Websites"), any AUPM mobile applications (the "Apps"), and any AUPM-sponsored software, internet programs, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform through any computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device (collectively, "Device"), purchasing products from AUPM, or otherwise communicating or interacting with AUPM, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not use the Platform.
We may modify this Policy at any time, and the latest version will always be posted on our Website. Please refer to the "Changes to the Privacy Policy" section below for more details. We encourage you to review this Policy regularly to stay informed about how we use collected information.

De-identified data does not personally identify you or any other visitor or user of the Platforms. When we maintain and use de-identified data, we do not attempt to re-identify the data unless you have given us consent to maintain and use the data in identifiable form.
2. Additional Purposes for Using Personal Information
In addition to the purposes stated in the "Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Information" section above, we may also use and share the following categories of personal information:

To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider factors such as the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the risk of unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for processing, and whether those purposes can be achieved through other means, as well as applicable legal requirements.

Like many commercial websites, we use cookies to analyze how visitors interact with our Platform. Cookies are small text files placed on your computer when you visit our Platform, allowing us to recognize you on future visits.

5. Security
AUPM employs commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risk of data loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
When you enter sensitive information (e.g., credit card details) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt the data using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
However, no security measures are completely foolproof, and you are responsible for protecting your username, password, and any information you transmit to us online.
6. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and AUPM does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. Those aged 13 to 18 may only use the Platform under parental or legal guardian supervision.
7. Third-Party Websites and Accounts
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) that have their own privacy policies. AUPM is not responsible for their activities or practices. Please review their privacy policies before disclosing personal information.
Additionally, if you create an account through third-party websites or platforms, those third parties may use your information for their own purposes, including behavioral advertising and analytics. AUPM does not control how these third parties collect, use, or process your information.
8. Your Privacy Rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the "Opt-Out" or "Unsubscribe" links in our messages.
- You can stop receiving promotional and transactional SMS messages by replying with STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
For further inquiries about your personal information, including requests to update or delete data, contact privacy@aupm.be. Please note: Deactivating your account does not delete your information from our servers.
9. Privacy Rights for EU & UK Residents
If you are a resident of the EU or UK, you have additional data privacy rights under applicable laws:
Access & Control: Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
Usage Restrictions:Object to processing for marketing or legal purposes.
Data Portability: Request a copy of your data for transfer to another controller.
Complaints:You may file a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have violated your rights.
For requests, contact privacy@aupm.be. We aim to respond within 1 month but may extend this period to 3 months if necessary.

AUPM respects Do Not Track (DNT) signals as required by applicable law.
